Your first class is completely free at the best gym in Tampa, and our trainers will walk you through everything before you begin. Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in, show you around the facility, and answer any questions. Classes are designed to be challenging but scalable — our trainers will offer modifications so you can work at a pace that's right for you. Just bring water, a towel, and a willingness to push yourself.
Not at all. The Bod welcomes members of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our expert trainers are skilled at scaling workouts to meet you exactly where you are. Over time, you'll build strength, endurance, and confidence — and our community will be right there alongside you every step of the way.
We offer flexible membership options to fit your schedule and goals, including unlimited class packages, open gym access, and drop-in rates. We also offer program add-ons like Challenge 32 nutrition coaching and Youth Fit Movement. Each class combines high-intensity cardio with targeted weight training, led by one of our certified trainers. Every day focuses on a different muscle group to ensure a balanced, head-to-toe transformation throughout the week. Classes typically run 60 minutes long during the week and 80 minutes on the weekend. No two classes are the same, so you'll always be challenged and never bored.
