Ty Pena

Master Trainer

Ty’s journey started during his 10-year service in the U.S. Marines where he discovered he thrived on the daily strenuous training regimen. After leaving the Marines, Ty remained in Japan for several years working for a Japanese fitness organization where he elevated his experience training many individuals in many stages of fitness. It’s there he realized his gift for tapping into a person’s mind to inspire them to push themselves to reach their fullest potential.


A fitness trainer and lifestyle mentor for more than 30 years, Ty’s philosophy has remained unchanged: keep your routine balanced and basic. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Adopt a fitness lifestyle; one you can incorporate into every facet of your life.


Ty’s commitment to his clients and the relationships he has forged over the years continues to inspire his dedication to promote a healthier lifestyle and share his passion for fitness.

Originally from New England, I moved to Tampa 8 years ago and joined The Bod. Fitness has always been my passion.  So after a degree in Global Financce and 20 years of corporate experience in sales and finance, I shifted my career to full time fitness and personal training. The part I love the most about fitness is supporting people on their journey, developing people's form, and finding creative ways to mix up the experience. When it comes to coaching, I have a warm and supportive approach and believe in leading by example.



Trainer, Pilates + HIIT

A passionate and committed trainer with over 3 years of professional experience. I’ve had many different career paths, including marketing and therapeutic horseback riding. But I was always being pulled to my try love, fitness! Now I’m certified in both ACE and Pilates. I love this gym. It’s been a big part of my life. And I firmly believe that if you can commit to tough workouts, pushing yourself past your limits will translate to all areas of life.

I’ve been interested in health and fitness for more than 12 years and in the last three years have fallen in love with exercise, I am passionate about inspiring clients to reach their goals both mentally and physically and helping them discover what works for them. My personal philosophy about fitness and wellness is that it lays the foundation for daily life as a whole."Being fit will make every day movements easier, make one feel better about themselves and improve mental clarity.” I keeps up with the latest evidence-based research and other experts in the industry so that he can continue to recommend the best fitness and nutrition options for my clients. I believe in pushing my clients but always with safety in mind.

I'm Fawn Lane, a part-time fitness coach fueled by my passion to motivate others. I've been hooked on fitness for over 10 years, exploring Olympic lifting, speed training, and agility work. In my classes, I focus on heavy lifting and dynamic moves to bring out everyone's athletic potential. I lead by example, sweating alongside my clients to inspire them. I believe consistency, hard work, and discipline are key to success, in and out of the gym. Beyond fitness, I'm a certified financial planner and own my own firm. My two energetic boys keep me pushing for excellence in all areas of life.

I am Jhosep, a dynamic triathlon coach with a fusion of expertise in finance and sports psychology. Over the past several years, I've passionately guided individuals on their journey to becoming accomplished triathletes, specializing in both short and long endurance races, including IronMan competitions. Witnessing the transformation of athletes as they conquer their goals and cross the finish line they've long dreamed of is the ultimate fulfillment for me. I'm dedicated to empowering others and helping them unlock their full potential in the exhilarating world of triathlon.



Fitness has been part of Jessica's life from an early age where she grew up with a father who was a competitive powerlifter. Growing up in the gym instilled her love for personal fitness and overall wellness and she became a personal trainer. Jessica believes that taking care of yourself is the single most important thing you can do for yourself. She loves educating her clients through action and she constantly researches new topics to help them heal from the inside out. Personally, she follows a very strict anti-inflammatory diet and uses food as medicine. As Jessica puts it, "Fitness and nutrition are fun, and can be enjoyed by people of all levels and strengths. I love taking my clients on this journey."
